Energy Update | June 30th

        • WTI crude is down $0.58 cents trading at $64.95.  ULSD NY is up nearly four cents while RBOB is flat.  Propane is down ½ cent to start the week.
        • Last week oil prices recorded their sharpest weekly decline in nearly two years as the war premium fades on the back of a ceasefire between Israel and Iran, however some skepticism remains on the ceasefire.  
        • With the 4th of July holiday coming up it is expected U.S. crude stock will draw down as gasoline demand increases.
        • The global economic outlook remains cautious, with bearish sentiment also influenced by recent manufacturing data from China that showed activity shrank for a third month straight.
        • Markets are watching OPEC+ meeting July 6th where another 411,000 BPD increase is expected to be announced like the previous three months. 
        • Last week EIA reported a 5.1 million bbl build.   Recent EIA reports have averaged 4.3 million bbls over the past 4 weeks, further weighing on hub prices.th
